A：Standard production lead-time is 15-25 working days, which depends on your final order quantity and customized requirements like logo printing, packaging changes.

A: We support ODM and OEM custom-made services, covering body logos, colour boxes, instruction manuals and accessory nozzles. Working voltage and frequency can also be adjusted for different regions.

A.The 2-battery model provides peak suction of 13-15 KPa. The upgraded three-battery version reaches 17-18 KPa. Three adjustable speeds are provided. The premium variant delivers 35-40 minutes working time for deepduty cleaning.

Q4：What warranty policy do you provide for bulk-order products?

A：We provide 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation, worn accessories or man-made breakage.

Q5：Are you able to adjust the motor suction power to meet our local market requirement?

A：Minor parameter tuning for suction is acceptable for largevolume ODM orders. We need to evaluate your technical target first to confirm feasibility and extra cost.
